Studio technology on stage:
By using the same technology as our studio microphones, the MTP-940-CM boasts a huge dynamic range of 135 dB (A). With only 9 dB (A) of self-noise, you can use the MTP 940 CM not only on stage but also in the studio.

Low-cut and pre-attenuation:
Underneath the mesh of the microphone you can activate a pre-attenuation pad of -6 or -12 dB for loud sources and a low-cut at 80 Hz or 160 Hz to reduce structure-borne noise.

Multi-pattern design:
The MTP-940-CM provides three polar patterns: cardioid, supercardioid, and wide cardioid. Set to cardioid, unwanted reflections and background noise are effectively suppressed. Switch to supercardioid for even more gain before feedback. Wide cardioid is optimal for multiple background singers, small ensembles, or artists who move a lot while performing.
